Finance Administrator - Mercure London Watford

Must have previous finance experience.
Responsible for the hotels Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger.
Responding and clearing down of emails
There will be some basic HR audit paperwork to complete & file.
During period of holidays within the department there will be expectation to assist with income audits.
And any other administration duties that maybe required.

This is a permanent position and an opportunity to develop to Assistant FM level. 

Responsibilities: Complete daily income audit report, balance payments for the day, reconcile bank, report statistics, input payments and chase debt effectively, batch some purchase invoices, raise chq requests, answer and resolve invoice queries, communicate with managers and colleagues, attend weekly meetings, input new starters and leavers on system, help FM with month-end procedures and reports.

Skills: Computer literate, willing to learn, good attitude
Education: Good with maths, not afraid of figures. Some finance experience preferred.
Normal hours of work: Mon – Fri, 9 am – 5.30 pm, 39 hours /wk
Salary: Negotiable
Meals on duty. Free car parking
