Ensuring our guests enjoy a peaceful nights sleep is a vital part of the Jupiter experience. In this role, you will provide a high standard of customer care to consistently meet the Quality Signatures and to demonstrate knowledge of the Mercure Brands.
You will also be responsible for the Health & Safety of Guests and Security of the hotel during the night, as well as ensuring accuracy of all bills presented to guests and to implement all company cash handling and security procedures. You will be required to follow all Company administrative procedures and liase with Finance Manager to control daily business and to ensure all conference meeting rooms are presented to a high standard and consistently adhere to the conference brand.
