Receptionist - Mercure Wetherby

You are the first and last face our customers see, so we rely on you to make a lasting impression. Smart and friendly with a sparkling personality, you will arrange reservations, welcome guests in, deal with bill settlements and generally attend to our guest's needs. Ideally you will have hotel experience, but personality and aptitude are more important, as we will provide full training.

You will also be required to answer internal and external calls and direct them to the appropriate departments you will also need to adhere to all hotel accounting procedures.
Ideally you will have opera or Fidelio knowledge, but personality and aptitude are more important.
What we are looking for is a fully flexible receptionist to join our existing team, hotel experience in the industry would be preferred however full training will be provided.
Your hours will be scheduled to meet the needs of our busy hotel and you will be required to work shifts 0700-1530 and 1430-2230 this also includes weekends and bank holidays so flexibility is important.
