In this role, you will clean and prepare bedrooms and public areas to consistently meet the Quality Signature standard. You will also demonstrate knowledge of the Jupiter brands and services offered at the hotel and provide customers with a consistently high level of customer care.
This position is physically demanding and involves regular manual handling.
To succeed within this role you will be able to work independently and have a good eye for detail whilst meeting tight deadlines.
The position is a full time permanent role (25hrs), working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. Flexibility to work weekdays, early evenings and weekends is essential.

Mercure Gloucester Bowden Hall is a classically-styled country house hotel with Regency decor and charming rooms surrounded by beautiful grounds. It is situated just 3½ miles from the city centre and is a top class location for conferences and meetings.
The hotel has 72 bedrooms including 4 poster suites, a restaurant, and a Club Bar. It also offers meeting facilities with 6 conference rooms for up to a maximum of 120 guests.
